A Letter From the CEO
When Jameson Real Estate was acquired in 2008, the vision was clear, even if the path ahead was not. We believed there was room in this market for something different. Something more thoughtful, more service-driven, and more aligned with the long-term interests of both advisors and clients.
In 2011, our affiliation with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand marked a defining moment in our evolution. It elevated our reach, strengthened our identity, and set the stage for a new era of growth. What began with 200 advisors and $300M in sales volume has since grown into a $3B organization with 500 advisors, an unmatched average sales price, and a presence that continues to expand across Chicagoland.
While our growth has been significant, our guiding principles have remained constant. We have always believed that success is built on people, relationships, and the experience we deliver every day. Our hospitality-driven staffing model, collaborative culture, and commitment to service are not marketing ideas. They are the foundation of how we operate.
We are excited about the future partnership with Compass International Holdings (CIH), which will only strengthen our resources, technology, and access to exclusive listings across the new network for our clients.
Our 3 year vision through 2028 is a commitment to operate at a higher level, with greater intentionality, stronger partnerships between advisors and staff, and a relentless focus on quality, reputation, and results.
